Short version: PSM II Prep has no account, advertising, IDFA, cross-app tracking, or server sync for study records. It uses Firebase Analytics for limited feature-usage and aggregate performance events.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the PSM II Prep iOS app and its related marketing, support, and privacy pages (collectively, the “Service”), provided by ViUniverse (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
PSM II Prep is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Scrum.org.
2. Data we collect
The app uses Firebase Analytics to record limited events such as screens opened, features and practice modes used, quiz starts and completions, aggregate score and question counts, selected app language, and reminder permission state.
Firebase may also process an app instance identifier and technical information such as app version, operating system, device model, language, and general location derived from network information.
We do not send Firebase your learner name, planned exam date, selected answers, essay text, question text, contacts, photos, microphone data, payment information, or advertising identifier.
3. Data stored on your device
PSM II Prep stores the following information locally so its study features can work:
- Practice answers, scores, completed and unfinished sessions.
- Incorrect, skipped, and bookmarked questions.
- Planned exam date, selected language, and app preferences.
These detailed study records remain on your device. Analytics may include aggregate results and feature actions, but not your answer content or essay text. The app does not provide account-based backup or cross-device sync.
4. Offline operation and network access
The question bank and core study features are included in the app and work offline. Firebase Analytics sends queued usage events when a network connection is available; your detailed study records are not synced to a ViUniverse server.
If you choose an external link or email action, iOS opens the relevant Apple or third-party service. That service processes information under its own privacy policy.
5. Firebase, Apple, and support services
Google processes Firebase Analytics data on our behalf under its applicable terms, privacy policy, security measures, and the retention settings configured for the Firebase project.
Apple may independently process App Store downloads, diagnostics, account, or device information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not control Apple’s processing.
If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use that information only to respond, investigate the issue, and improve the app. Do not send sensitive personal or financial information.
6. Advertising, analytics, and sales
PSM II Prep contains no advertising and does not use IDFA or cross-app tracking. Firebase Analytics is used only for product analytics. We do not sell or rent personal information.
7. Your choices and data deletion
You control study data directly in the app and on your device. You can use the app’s reset option to remove supported progress data. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data.
Because detailed study records are not synced to us, we cannot recover local progress after it is reset or the app is deleted. Previously collected aggregate analytics may remain under Firebase retention settings and are not connected to an app account.
8. Children’s privacy
PSM II Prep is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
9. Security
Your study data is protected by the security controls of your device and iOS. You are responsible for maintaining device access controls such as a passcode or biometric lock.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its features, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

3. Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị
PSM II Prep lưu cục bộ các thông tin sau để các tính năng học hoạt động:
- Đáp án luyện tập, điểm số, phiên đã hoàn thành và chưa hoàn thành.
- Câu sai, câu bỏ qua và câu đã đánh dấu.
- Ngày thi dự kiến, ngôn ngữ đã chọn và tùy chọn ứng dụng.
Các hồ sơ học chi tiết này ở lại trên thiết bị. Dữ liệu phân tích có thể gồm kết quả tổng hợp và thao tác tính năng, nhưng không gồm nội dung đáp án hay bài tự luận. Ứng dụng không có sao lưu theo tài khoản hoặc đồng bộ giữa các thiết bị.
4. Hoạt động ngoại tuyến và truy cập mạng
Ngân hàng câu hỏi và tính năng học cốt lõi có sẵn trong ứng dụng và hoạt động ngoại tuyến. Firebase Analytics gửi các sự kiện sử dụng đã xếp hàng khi có kết nối mạng; hồ sơ học chi tiết không được đồng bộ lên máy chủ ViUniverse.

5. Dịch vụ Firebase, Apple và hỗ trợ
Google xử lý dữ liệu Firebase Analytics thay mặt chúng tôi theo điều khoản, chính sách quyền riêng tư, biện pháp bảo mật áp dụng và cấu hình lưu trữ của dự án Firebase.
Apple có thể tự xử lý thông tin tải xuống App Store, chẩn đoán, tài khoản hoặc thiết bị theo điều khoản và chính sách quyền riêng tư của Apple. Chúng tôi không kiểm soát hoạt động xử lý của Apple.

7. Lựa chọn và xóa dữ liệu

Vì hồ sơ học chi tiết không được đồng bộ cho chúng tôi, chúng tôi không thể khôi phục tiến độ cục bộ sau khi đặt lại hoặc xóa ứng dụng. Dữ liệu phân tích tổng hợp đã thu thập trước đó có thể còn lại theo cấu hình lưu trữ Firebase và không được liên kết với tài khoản ứng dụng.
8. Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em
PSM II Prep không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Ứng dụng không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân từ trẻ em hoặc người dùng khác.
9. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu học được bảo vệ bằng các cơ chế bảo mật của thiết bị và iOS. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm duy trì kiểm soát truy cập thiết bị như mật mã hoặc khóa sinh trắc học.
10. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi ứng dụng, tính năng hoặc yêu cầu pháp lý thay đổi. Chính sách sửa đổi sẽ xuất hiện trên trang này với ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” mới.
